We finally found just the house we were looking for! It's a duplex with a nice yard and a big open floor plan. We'll live on the right side and rent out the left side.

It's been awhile since my last post as we've had quite a bit going on with the holidays, buying a new house and of course a baby on the way. We made the long trip back to Chicago for Turkey Day and we had a great time!

We cooked up a good meal...

we ate until we were stuffed...

everyone pitched in to clean up...

we lazed around until we had room for dessert...

and had some good quality family time...
