Happy Halloween

We went to a pumpkin patch while we were in Seattle 'cause we don't have those at home.

This one was actually from last month when Mommy bought the costume. She just couldn't wait to try it on me.

Baby Stats - 6 Months

I went to the doctor today for my 6 month check up. Here's how I'm doing:

• Weight: 18 pounds 2 ounces (75%)
• Length: 27.25 inches (90%)
• Head: 46 centimeters (97%)

Since 50% is average, I'm larger than average on all counts. It just means I'm nice and healthy!

Baby Tour of 2008 - Part 3

Final Stop - Aunt Nancy's in Chicago, IL. Great Uncle Greg ferried us to and from the airport and let us use his car. He's the best.

Cousin Mags is one of my favorites. She made lots of time for me and she even gave me a bath.

I was a little crabby at Weezie's house, but she still knew how to make me smile!

Cousin Burke is so silly!

I love my cousin Jack. He's the only one to make me laugh so far. Mommy and Daddy are so jealous!

Cousin Dave flew home from college in Florida just to see little me. He'll make a great Daddy one day - he's already pretty good at changing diapers.

Aunt Nancy was showing me her fish. I love spending time with her, cause she's so cuddly.

This is Mommy's friend Scott. It was our last day and I was just pooped!

I also got to see my Great Aunt Donna and Bubba and the DePalma family. Mommy forgot about the camera agian. Hopefully Aunt Nancy got a few with Great Aunt Phyllis with her camera. Me and Mommy slept almost the entire way flight home (it took 7 hours!) We had so much fun, but we were exhausted.

Baby Tour of 2008 - Part 2

Next stop - Gramps house in Kansas City, MO. We got to go to the World War I museum 'cause Daddy is a big history buff and Gramps took me shopping for some new clothes. We also got to ride around in Gramps' fancy work car like big shots. I also got to see my great Aunt Diane and cousin Bill, but Mommy and Daddy forgot to pull out the camera. I tried to tell them, but they doesn't always understand what I'm saying yet!

We stayed a night at Grammy Carole's house where I discovered my love of sweet potato puffs.

Next we were on to Aunt Dawn's house. Zachary let us stay in his room where I got to admire all of his art and Emmy is a great playmate. Aunt Dawn and Uncle Louie made one of Mommy's favorite meals for dinner one night - pork chops!





I also got to spend the evening with Autie K. She makes the best faces and had me smiling and cooing like crazy.

Baby Tour of 2008 - Part 1

Mommy and Daddy took me to all sorts of fun places on our vacation. 1st stop - Grandpa and Grandma Boyd's house in Seattle, WA.

My cousin Ashley came to visit me lots.

We went out on the town with Daddy's friend Brant...

...and out to dinner with Mommy's college friends David and Jessica.

Bison Anyone?

Last month, Daddy, Uncle Kelly and Granpa went hunting for some a bison. They got one right away and brought it home.
Mommy and Aunt Deanna helped them butcher and package it all up and Gramma was busy taking care of me and Casey.
We took a ride in the stroller and I cozied up in Granpa's recliner for a nap. It was a looong day!
