Ashes, ashes they all fall down

For the past week a nearby volcano, Mt. Redoubt, has been erupting. It's about 100 miles southwest of Anchorage. On Saturday the wind shifted and blew ash clouds to our area after two major explosions. Here are some pictures after the ash fell. The one on top shows the sun being obscured by the ash cloud and the dirty snow. On Brian's truck, the gray part of the windshield wipers is actually ash that has accumulated from the windshield. We are all okay here, but Lucy and I spent Sunday inside the house just to be safe.

Visit with Neema & Grampi

Fun With My Friends

Daddy took me on a hike a few weeks ago.
My friend Lewis and his dad went too.
Casey came over to play one day.  He's my favorite cousin!
This is me and Rory.  She wanted to go on a sled dog ride so I got to go for a second time.  We had fun while we waited for the dogs to get ready.
Hey, how did this picture get in here?  Anyway, this is Mommy and Daddy having fun with their friends while I stayed home with Gramma

Dance, baby, dance!

I was a super good mood the other night.  Here's a clip of me rockin' out to my little piggy.  I just love to dance!

Extra, extra, read all about it!

While Mommy was sick a few weeks ago, I got to spend the day at Gramma's house.  Here I am with my cousin Casey.
